Potlatch2 - tabs (remove tab basic)

Hi!

I have a problem at costumation of my potlatch2: I want to remove the tab "basic" (one of sometimes three default tabs: basic - details - address). Is there a way to remove it?

If not, then I have a question how to sort the attributes (about 10 in each of three categories) in the order I chose and to put three categories in this tab. (Despite of the proper order in xml-file, in the tab basic all of the attributes apear in alphabetical order, without categories)
