Lakes in the Kawathas, Ontario

I've just discovered Open Street Map and the first thing I noticed was that the lake on my doorstep is mis-named as are several of the local lakes. Can I edit this, and if so, how do I do it, I'velooked at the tools available and can see nothing that seems to enable me to do this.
