Error rel_changed_mark with osm2pgsql

I'm using osm2pgsql to use the osm-data in PostGIS. Usually osm2pgsql works fine. In this case i created the OSM with JOSM instead of downloading one from the Internet (getting a larger area and the latest data).

With this file I'm getting the following error:

What's wrong or missing in my file. Any tipps? Thanks for helping.
