Hi there, If I'm not mistaken, the purple line surrounding each coast bearing country is its territorial water? If this is the case, then I highly suggest someone look into Gibraltar's territorial waters, as how they are plotted now on OSM is very much incorrect. Even if you have political motivations, as the purple line is plotted now, it even cuts accross Gibraltar land in some areas lol. The help site is not generally the best place to raise map bugs. However, this page would suggest there is not much of an OSM community for Gibraltar: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Gibraltar If you live there, why not start the community? The whole idea of OpenStreetMap is that you can edit it yourself. So I would encourage you to get involved. I would steer clear of mapping territorial water boundaries to begin with, as these are a little more complex and involved than some of the other tasks you could cut your teeth with, such as adding points of interest to the map. For what it's worth, I cannot find any evidence to support the view that Gibraltar's territorial waters extend to 12 nautical miles, so this is probably not something that would sensibly sit within OSM.
