Missing feature - change log

Since the upgrade of the past few days, I've not been able to : a) find a change log of all the changes. Can someone please point me to the change log b) the history function that was part of the view (it was a check box whose label I cant remember right now) has now disappeared. How does one look at history of individual ways/points now?

The "history" tab that shows all edits concerning the area currently viewed is where it always was. The "data" layer that allows you to select individual items (and then progress to view their history) has temporarily moved from the layer switcher to the "edit" tab (hover to show the options).
