Adding photos

Is there a way to add a photo to a waypoint? I have added address as points and have a picture of each house, can I add the pics in anywhere?

Openstreetmap itself does not store photos of any kind. You can however upload your photos to OpenStreetView. Before doing so you should check if it is legal for you to do so under local law. Some countries might not allowed to publish pictures if the owner of the property objects to it.
