License page translation

I've just red the license info page in catalan (ca_ES), and it is horrible!! It looks like if it was automatically translated, is full of nonsene sentences and bad constructed expressions. I definitely could do it better.

Anyway, this page is not editable (or I couldn't figure out). How can I contribute to make it a good page? Who to contact?

Note that the content of the license page will change very soon due to the license change, so it would make sense to wait a few days before working on any translations of it. The question is relevant nevertheless.
