See Nominatim, the geocoder used on osm.org.

A collection off all those (based on OSM data) can be found in the OSM wiki about Search Engines.

Add if one is missing, or edit if Information is wrong or outdated.

But they don't use OSM data, which Justin asked for.

Please give the OpenCage Geocoder a spin: http://geocoder.opencagedata.com

Behind the scenes we query a bunch of different open geodata sources, including of course OpenStreetMap. There are a bunch of different software libraries in various programming languages, and we work hard to make it as simple to use as possible.

We'd welcome and feedback you have on how we can get better. Thanks, Ed
