Looking through http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:highway I could not find an appropriate value to tag a traffic lights camera (i.e. the one that captures red light crossing only). The only option relevant is highway=speed_camera which is misleading, since such a camera does not catch you for speeding, unless it is combined with one... Any suggestions?

The most common tagging style for a red light camera is a relation with enforcement=traffic_signals.
