[closed] Osmarender Not Working

I cannot get the Osmarender layer to load on my maps e.g. http://www.sysmaps.co.uk/sysmaps_bkg.html?layers=00B0000000000000000000000000FFFFTF0FFFFTFTTTTT. I have not changed anything in the last few weeks and I get the same behaviour on other maps which use this layer. Is there a problem with this layer as Mapnik works fine?
