I have got a message "file corrupted contact customer service". When trying to download the maps which have been paid for, I got the above message. What can I do to solve the problem?

1) We cannot help you unless we know where you downloaded the map from, and for which application.

2) If you are paying for OSM maps, you might want to ask the company that sells the maps instead of the OSM community.

OpenStreetMap (OSM) is the project collecting (and redistributing) its open and free geographic data. It is not responsible for software applications using them like your iphone app.
Please contact the customer service of your iphone app publisher to get some help, not this OSM site.
