With JOSM currently not working in loading the revert plugin (or any new plugin at all), I'm kind of stuck with this way that I apparently deleted when making my last changes (changeset 5988348). In it, I'd need to undelete way 4863689, which apparently was merged the wrong way when I resolved a conflict. :(

There is a Wiki article on Undoing Deletions. You will most likely want to follow the recommendation of using Potlatch.

As commented for question regarding undeleting a POI I must say that I warmly recommend using JOSM's Undelete plugin also for undeleting a way if you are using JOSM and are looking to undelete a specific way to it's latest version before its deletion.

Potlach 1.4's benefit is the ability to choose a prior version which to revert to at the same time as doing the undeletion.
