How do I download the "rendered in black and white without POI" (as rendered by toolserver) as a png or other vector file. OR How do you add it in as a map style into OpenStreetMap

I suppose he's talking aboute the toolserver style, and I have edited the question for clarify it.

Also "add it in as a map style into OpenStreetMap" doesn't make much sense. Maybe you mean "add it as a layer within a slippy map display running on my own website" (?).

@Harry: Hmm, I think that he was rather thinking about adding the tiles layer as a base layer on the main slippy map at http://osm.org

You can use BigMap, using the toolserver tiles url for building a picture from an area with this style.

OpenStreetMap by itself is not supplying map styles (excepted the one identified as "Mapnik" on the main page). If you want a different map style, you can setup your own local rendering tool (check out on the wiki) or use one published on the web like the Style Editor by Cloudmade.
