Please elaborate on what you mean by "this program".
To expand a little bit on what Frederik has said, it sounds like you've installed something on your iPhone 4 that uses OpenStreetMap data. There is no "official" OSM app for iPhone4 or any other platform (there's not even an "official" map - what you see on openstreetmap.org are just examples among many others).
Unless you tell us what program you downloaded from where we won't be able to help - and even when we do know what it is the advice might be "contact the program's author".
