I need to make a map showing Billboard structures. Is there a way to tag that appropriately?

That's for information boards such as found near monuments, in parks, etc. I think he should be looking at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/advertising instead, i.e. advertising=billboard (386 uses so far).
