I would like to delete a way in the forest, which has become pure wilderness. Being old enough to have learned a lot about courtesy I would like to contact the author of this way and ask if he/she concurs the deletion. I was able to find out the alias name author, but .... I have not yet found out how to send messages to other OSM mappers. |

You can send another mapper a message using the OSM messaging system. If you know their username you can go to their user page (http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/<username>) and click on the "send message" link at the top. 4
